The Blue Room is possibly the most famous pub in Blackpool. It has been the classic student pub for as long as most people can remember. Most people in Blackpool have memories of their time in the Blue Room!

The pub is reputed by some to be the original meeting place of the men who formed what was to become the mighty mighty Blackpool Football Club. The pub is friendly and relaxed. It serves a selection of traditional cask ales, together with all the usual favourites. The prices as you would expect for a student pub are very good.

The pub hosts live local bands on a weekly basis and also has DJ's playing the best in new music, mixed with classic tunes from years gone by on Thursday and Friday nights.

The Blue Room is the closest pub to the Syndicate Superclub and offers a great “last chance to buy a drink at a reasonable price” for intended clubbers!
